am very thankful to MGM Hospitals and Dr. Thejaswini madam for curing my mother's health problem with her skillful treatment. And Gajapati sir and Imran sir helped me with solving solving queries regarding cash less claim I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment and the care they are taking towards the patients. The housekeeping team also enganging very well and they are keeping rooms clean time to time. One of the best thing here in this hospital is all types of insurances are covered. In our case MGM HOSPITALS provided entire cashless treatment as I have MediAssist insurance. Totally I am very happy for the special, excellent care you have provided towards your patients and "Thank you so much for the great care and surgery you performed to my mother is good hospital open 24 hours, we felt comfortable and supported by hospital staff. I have joined here through Meddi Assist (cashless). About the campus environment, it big campus with parking place with plants. Rooms are cleaned every day. They took feed back daily basis. We can give suggestions as well complaints.

I thank to say to MGM hospital and dr vivek because of there immediately response my father got best treatment for cardiac arrest which is best service forever because of with in the local nearest hospital well equipment with good staff will get every one good treatment no need to go for other cities like tirupati or chennai which is equally there at Srikalahasti MGM hospital....morever in local for emergency patients i suggested to go and get best traetment and save patients...... Very expensive hospital unwantedly charges is more i purchaae medician like bottle and injection all are kept by emergency person in his custody and told me to purchaae new medician from medical store he told me we used this all medician to patient but nothing is used....

Good facilities in this hospital and frndly doctors,staff are also well treated to the patients, pharmacy also good behaviour.

I have gone for the vaccination for MGM hospitals on 20-May-2021. There process is smooth and they have a separate place setup for vaccination, which is good thus ensuring no person coming for vaccine need to step inside the hospital (which is very good for non-covid people). Also we had an issue with certificate generation for the vaccine and the team have proactively responded through emails and calls which I felt commendable given this busy situation.

It is located outside of SRIKALAHASTI to chennai road..big hospital.. Petroleum station is available there

There is no proper contact number or email for hospital where we can share information. It is 5 days (19.05.2021) since my vaccination but no update on Cowin portal. It seems this hospital is a complete fraud as they are taking only cash and not providing even bill for vaccination. Now there is no proof for vaccination completed and I am not even sure whether they are providing genuine vaccines or cheating people. Don't go here for Covid vaccination at any cost!
