I would highly recommend Dr. Maina Hegde Dermatologist for the skin and hair related treatment she provided to my kid aged 5 years old. Me and my husband are extremely happy with results. Patiently listened to my concerns, very courteous and nice. Was very good at explaining what was going on. She is super friendly and takes her time to explain each and every query and available always. I always owe her treatment.

My mother was admitted to MGM Hospital, Vashi in the beginning of October 2023 and the length of the hospitalisation went on to be a little less than a month which is a lot of time. She underwent a major operation and she is recovering now at home. There were episodes around the Surgery contributing to the length of the hospitalisation. Right from the word Go, MGM treated us with a lot of care and compassion. The Care and Compassion is extended to Patients and Patient's family is not just by the Management, Doctors and Nursing Staff but also by all Non-Medical Staff and each and everyone who is associated with MGM in some way [even people who are not on MGM Payroll]. Security Personnel also have an extremely important role to play while coordinating with patients relatives and Hospital especially while a patient is in the Critical Care Unit [CCU - 4th Floor], they do this job very well. While my mother was in the CCU, I was regularly briefed about the condition during the counselling sessions. The Doctors and Nursing Staff in the Critical Care Unit as well as in the Ward [9th Floor] are excellent. The Doctors and Nursing Staff in the CCU and ward kept motivating my mother to get better and come out of the medical condition. The Physiotherapists helped my mother to gain in-bed mobility with exercises and also the confidence to walk with required support and care.. I sincerely express my thanks and gratitude towards all Doctors and Nursing Staff [both CCU and Ward [9th Floor]]. One thing I want to specially mention is the cleanliness of the hospital which is excellent and which makes you feel so much at home and adds to the overall positivity. Off Course there are other factors also which contribute to the Positivity one feels at MGM Hospital, Vashi. Even the Canteen Staff [Especially Patients Canteen] are so well behaved and comforting, thanks and gratitude for them. They were just doing their job but their cheerful behaviour and interactions helped me a lot to survive in the hospital with positivity. I express my thanks and gratitude to MGM's Ambulance Department [Chief-Mr. Ajmal] who have helped me in my mothers transportation whenever we have needed their support. Dr. Prashant Athale [General Surgeon] operated on my mother is an extremely soft-spoken person who interacted with me and my mother in an extremely comforting manner. The other Doctors who were involved in my mother's treatment were Dr. Vijaykumar Verma (Cardiologist), Dr. Sundeep Mestri (Chest Medicine), Dr. Sanjay Kulkarni (Anaesthesist) , Dr. Archana Thakur (Critical Care Unit), Dr. Divyashree S (Infectious Disease), Dr. Satish Kulkarni (Gastroenterologist). These doctors apart from being excellent in terms of their treatment are also excellent in terms of their explanations and briefings bringing much required comfort to Patients and their relatives. Dr. Archana Thakur (Chief of Critical Care Unit) and her team of Doctors from the Critical Care Unit did a lot for my mother in coordination with the other above mentioned doctors. Dr. Archana on some occasions personally briefed me during the counselling sessions [even when she was not part of the counselling team]. Dr. Shailesh, Dr. Ruta Mangaonkar, Dr. Misra and Dr. Vikram are some more doctors from the CCU whose name I remember as they have interacted with me. I express my thanks and gratitude to all the above mentioned Doctors for being with us during our hour of crisis and treating my mother with care and compassion. I also express my sincere thanks and tonnes of gratitude to Dr. Kalyani Sen [Medical Superintendent] for being with us in this journey. My mother has had a long association with MGM Hospital, Vashi and every time she has gone back home well. I can recommend MGM Hospital, Vashi to anyone who wants excellent professional medical treatment along with a homely atmosphere. I express my good wishes to MGM Hospital, Vashi to continue their great work in serving humanity with their excellent medical treatment with love, care and compassion.

Dr J.P Jain Sir is very much Professional Joint Replacement Surgeon. He listen carefully the problem of Patient and study every aspect of the problem to provide best treatment. My mother was having severe OA both knee. I visited to Jain Sir in MGM Hospital - Vashi. He advised for TKR and did Total Knee Replacement (Left) of my mother. She is recovering in speedy manner. He takes due care of patient by monitoring personally. He used to visit the patients twice a day during admission in hospitals to get the progress of the patient .Post the operation he was always available on call. We had so many small concerns and he would always answer the call and solve all our queries patiently. It's very rare that a surgeon at his level who is always so busy takes such kind of personal interest in the patients well being. He is very Kind, Empathetic, Helpful and Encouraging. My mom felt half her illness was gone just by talking to him. We had been to few doctors before we got to know about Dr J.P Jain sir. We feel doing the knee replacement surgery with him was the best decision we could have ever made! Such an excellent doctor and such a Positive Experience. Thank you Dr J.P Jain sir. I got my mother admit to MGM Hospital Vashi under supervision of Dr. J. P. Jain who successfully operated total knee replacement of my mother's right leg. I'm very much thankful to him for being respectful and courteous to patient and their attendant. Dr. Jain sir is very professional and having a good communication skills with patients.

Had a very good experience..A great hospital.. it has specialist doctors available round the clock to take care of patients...it's hygienic...the labs..equipments... cleanliness.. highly satisfied...

OMG we are so blessed to meet Vascular Surgeon Piyush Kumar Jain. He is such an amazing person, kind, caring, down to earth . Doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests, medicines. He is an excellent surgeon, performed a successful carotid surgery for my husband with near total blockage. My husband is 77 years having Diabetes , BP, Bypass done. His commendable action after surgery was that he himself came to remove blood drainage tube and IV tube, then made my husband walk, answered all his questions. Amazing.

We have no words to thank Vashi MGM Hospital, Its management, the Doctors and all the staff members. We have been visiting Vashi MGM Hospital since many years and every time we visit, they take amazing care of us. Recently my mother was hospitalized and had to be in ICU for a few days till she recovered. During these days we could see and feel the CARE, EMPATHY and SERVICE ORIENTATION of the Doctors and the medical staff. I would specially like to thank Dr. Nitin Kadam for his leadership, Dr. Sundeep Mistry for his tremendous support, patience and guidance despite of his busy schedule, Dr. Archna Thakur (From ICU) for constant counseling and feedback. I would also like to thank Dr. Vikarm Bhalerao, Dr Kishore Akolia, Dr. Manisha Patil , Dr Ratan Rathod and all the paramedic staff of ICU and 8th floor of MGM hospital, Vashi for their support and help during the tough times. Mr. Shyam, the administrator has also been very helpful during this time. Our TRUST on MGM hospital Vashi continues and we highly appreciate how each time they have provided the best treatment and help needed.
