MGM Hospital & Research Centre - General hospital in Patna - Patna, India

Surprisingly, a pleasant and satisfying experience at MGM Hospital Patna. Visited the place because of its name known to all of us for decades. Had been to many Hospitals in Bangalore and Delhi but MGM Hospital Patna beats all with the kind of personal care and the Doctors experience and knowledge. All Doctors are approachable and ready to listen to us and give proper time and yes they have midas touch. Nurses carry smile and are available 24/7 which is not the case even in Big Hospitals in metropolitan cities. Cleanliness and hygiene is at par with new age Hospitals be it Room service or Canteen. Economically, yes it's a major point and again MGM Hospital Patna takes an edge over others with ultra modern facility and care, the prices are less than half compared to other Hospitals and Nursing Homes in Patna. Wishing it continues to maintain the standards and sets the milestones for all upcoming Hospitals in the state of Bihar. Thank you MGM.

Extremely poor management from both staff as well as doctors. Patient life/condition has no value, they are here to be just rude and collect money. Tier-1 city charges for worse tgan government hospital services.

Worst pathetic hospital one could ever visit in patna . Senior doctors assistant professor of PMCH hospital does not know how to speak to patient and the Doc doesn't accepts outside reports ... All tests and diagnosis has to be done in hospital itself even though you go with latest report . Plan your day accordingly as when you go to hospital the management is very slow you need to wait entire day in order to meet Manju Geeta ...half day leave from your work will not work .Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of staff and Doctor as well .... Normal Delivery seems to be impossible here .On my very 1st visit doctor scared my wife of labor pain hence prompting for C-section.. Highly unsatisfied and disappointed by the hospital management and Doctor.. Wanted to meet Dr Geeta but even after long wait and completing the due process did not get to meet her have to wait for 5 long hours.. the hospital does not have respect and value of your time. Would not recommend the hospital to any one..

I will not recommend this hospital. Poor attitude and diagnostics. I asked several times for a breast tumour that was growing in size, but they were insistent that it was normal. Finally, Visited an oncologist, where cancer was discovered. Thus, they had contributed to moving an L1 cancer to L3. They are only useful for coughs and colds. If you care for someone you love, do not visit this hospital.

Pathetic hospital. A scamster actually. They aggravate the problem of pateints to make money. They will recommend or rather compel patients to futile and dangerous surgeries, even for very innocuous kinds of problems. And the doctors are uncompassionate on top of that.Gone are those days when people used to call doctors " Substitute of GOD" Now most of them are just higly literate mafias. This hospital is one such example.

Pathetic management. Rude staff, specially ultrasound desk. No one cares of you. I was suffering from high fever. I was given serial number one but more than 10 patients called for sonography before me. When I complained about this, every one turned deaf ear. Lastly I cancelled my appointment.
