The hotel staff doesn't know anything. Blainey said that they are not able to provide complimentary water to me because of their rule.
They will provide it during check-in time, but won't be providing complimentary items on the second day.
Furthermore, the restroom is not clean, and there is an unpleasant odor.
Rooms: Bed bugs and very old sheets
Service: Don't be surprised if your room order doesn't get delivered. Price of an omelette is equal to 5 Star hotel. 180 INR

Ok Room, very poor service.
The receptionist was always confused. Asked us to pre check out twice and also wanted to charge extra even though our pre booked stay was not over. Had to remind and ask for housekeeping time and again.
Hotel was worn down and ill kept.
Avoid this place if you can. There are newer hotel in the vicinity
Actually we had planned to have dinner after v came down from thirupati temple one of our family members had ordered but I really appreciate they waited till 10 for us but finally they cheated by taking 18000 total cost telling all unnecessary reasons where they didn't give the bill also. Later after all the argument they paid 13000 but we never received a bill for it. The manager didn't respond to the call until now. Anyways let's lord see u ppl v came from thirupati surely he will teach lessons
