I don't usually give a 4 or 5 star rating unless and until the place is exceptionally good .. MG road was one of the place. Awesome place for exploring. Please add it to your bucket list and go for the tea stall at the end ( near to skate zone)

Gangtok city is cleaned and climate good. I visit mG market and super market best for shopping. Evergreen states. But NH10 road very dangerous need to improve by the govt.
Mahatma Gandhi Road in Gangtok of Sikkim state is also called MG road is located in heart of the city. This road is closed for traffic and two wide roads are distinctly divided by a divider with clear footpaths. At entrance, a big statue of Mahatma Gandhi carved beautifully could be seen. Nowhere littering is seen and very cleanliness is maintained. Lot of luxury items shopping for tourists is ideal here. Almost all gift items, customary local clothes, handicrafts, slipper wares, fancy items are available here. Although items are little costly, genuine items are available. Shoppers are friendly and never hesitate to show various items for tourists and public.
M G Road is one of the best places in Gangtok to hang around, the good part about the road is that vehicles are not allowed. You can see various options for the eatery, shopping and many more. During the night the charm of the road is different and amazing. Definitely, It is one of the best mall roads in India.

The booking Office is near zaakri falls,just after crossing the bridge,they allow tandem jumps that is there would be a pilot with you who will steer the parachute and you will just sit in front of him and enjoy the flight. YOUR WEIGHT SHOULD BE LESS
Bakthang Waterfalls when we visited during March 1st week, 2023 there was not much rainfall, so falls was not in full gloom. Nevertheless, we enjoyed quite a lot viewing waterfall with good sceneries in background. Rope gliding is an added attraction
