MG Motor India - Car dealer in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

This showroom has limited space for car only 3 cars can display in the showroom. But if I talk about staff, they were very good. The person who demonstrate the car has very detailed knowledge about the product. If you want to check all the variants of model you can check through the digital presentation.

I bought MG HECTOR plus top model ( Diesel) with the name M s metal and chemical supplier. On 28th march 2023. It was my Worst experience ever i got at any car showroom and due to there unprofessional behavious and there habit of make fool each and every time , they just tell you a new story with all the incomplete knowledge. We have 2 showroom at kolkata, west bengal with name AUTO HI-TECH and both showroom owned by same person that's a big mistake made by MG motors. and that is the only reason they don't bother about customer feedback. I won't recommend people to go for MG vehicle. Staff make lot of false promises. They just try to make you fool every time. They dont have peoper knowledge about car and there service. They even can't have money to great people with cake at the time of 25,40,300 rupees car deliver. They will charge you extra for registration and even can't give you break up. They will forcefully sell they accessories without your concern they will install accessories and add all the charges at your invoice. Without informing they can buy insurance which can charge you aprox 90,000... They dont provide you any pouch for Car paper they have a paper envelope that's it. No key ring, no perfume all gifted item is out if stock. And according to them all the insurance company owned by aditya birla group so they will chose insurance for you and you don't have right to select.. Guys trust me Dont go for MG... They just know how to make fool.

Amazing showroom. Excellent location where you do not have to find parking for your vehicle as the complex has its own parking. Very important in Kolkata. As per the showroom it is not massive but big enough to hold 2 cars. Very polite and knowledgeable staff who will explain every bit of the car. Just loved the experience.

Went to check out Astor today and it was a very good experience with the staff. The staff was polite. The SA Ajit was really patient and explained all the details. Overall very satisfied, although wasn't able to TD today, but was promised one asap.

Initially my experience was very good with their staff, but please do make sure that you take everything commited by them in writing, because after you book a car, their commitments go out the window. I do feel cheated by their fake commitments and hope they prove themselves better with their service in future

Worst customer service provided by them. I have been calling them up for a test drive but they are not able to fulfill. They keep giving me dates but they are not able to attend me. I had also visited their showroom 3-4 time but still they are not able to give me a test drive. They are like if you want a test ride give us a months time and then we will assist you. Firstly I was planning to buy a Hector by the mid of July but by seeing their attitude I thunk I will have to change my company. Thank You MG for your bad support. N hope you have many discomforts selling in the Indian market.
