am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with Coastline garages pvt limited thrissur branch dealership regarding the recent oversight in reminding me about the renewal of my car insurance for my MG HECTOR . As a loyal customer of your showroom, I expected a certain level of service and support, which I believe was sorely lacking in this instance. I have been a customer of morris garages for 4 years and have always appreciated the assistance and guidance provided by your staff. However, on this occasion, I received no notification or reminder about the impending expiration of my car insurance, which resulted in a lapse of coverage for my vehicle This oversight not only put me at risk but also subjected me to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The purpose of a reminder service is to ensure that customers do not forget important deadlines like insurance renewals. I trusted your showroom to provide this service, and it failed to meet my expectations. I believe that such a lapse in customer service is not representative of the reputation your showroom has built over the years.From the showroom the response was no staffs were there in the insurance section. So its an advice to those who are going to take vehicle, please avoid taking insurance from there

They provide OK service, the staff are polite n well mannered so the service experience was good. But that being said the experience was not even close to the premium treatment you receive at a Kia or Hyundai, nor was it as cost effective as in a Maruti. They don't even provide complementary water wash, even during the first 3 free service (which maruti provides even after years of ownership) and despite being too far for most people (in Thrissur district), they don't provide any free pick and drop service. Honestly MG has to increase the number of touch points at least if they really want to continue being in business in India as they don't seem to be aggressive in designing their cars to suit Indian tastes or upgrading them routinely like Kia does.

For me, who is quite a car lover The dream of a car is still far away. So sitting next to each other was quite a coincidence I was lucky enough to board and travel in MG Hector. Let me tell you from experience that it is a cool car.Although I don't know how to say more, I was surprised by the convenience of the space.The journey is also comfortable.

Had a nice experience at MG Motor Service. We had visited due to front windshield crack in our MG Hector. Ninesh was very helpful and gave proper advice to us. He was very cooperative and took time in explaining even though we didn't do the repair from there. Really appreciate the help and support of Ninesh and MG family.

Great experience from my test drive to delivery. I would recommend MG to anyone anyday. The sales representative was really friendly and professional. The experience from booking to delivery was really smooth. The main reason for choosing MG was because of their customer centric approach, and so far they have delivered.

One of the best customer service

The location is a bit weird as its next to Paliakkara toll booth... sort of like in a no mans land because there no other brand showrooms around, but the staff was very friendly , Mr. Jithin from their sales team is very knowledgeable and available to any questions put forward to them. For things they don't know they wouldn't shy away, but get the answer after a while. I was very happy visiting the showroom and getting a first had experience of their EV vehicle.
