Laser Treatment for kidney stone had done here by Dr.Gunasekaran at reasonable cost. He is well experienced urologist and doing his job as a service not for money alone. Thanks to MG hospital.
"I recently had an experience at this hospital, and it was generally satisfactory. The staff was polite and the facilities were clean. However, male staff at operation theater insist to pay 200 as bribe for nothing. Overall, it's an good hospital, but management should take action on male staff at operation theater on poor behavior.
Receptionist is very rude.They didn't reply properly where the patients and attenders raise the queries..poor management system. Mr.Gunasekaran and Mr. Sibi gunasekaran didn't ask anything about these kinds of stupid receptionists. It was a bad experience. Total waste.

Parking lot is there but not allowed to park.
You should wait 2 and half an hr for basic blood test

Doctors have good experience on kidney stone TREATMENT. I had kidney stone surgery recently there. Mr. sibi and Mr. gunasekaran did excellent job for removing my stone on ureter junction. Few more things to be improved for the betterment of the hospital 1. Systemised billing for medicines, scans, labs to be maintained for patients with proper patient id. 2. Trained and experienced nurses/staff need to be employed. They lack the knowledge for any action emergency solutions. 3. Only Dr. Mg and Sibi having knowledge about the patients. Suggest to employ few more doctors who can gain knowledge and support them. 4. Overall hospital management needs to be improved.
Treatment is good but hospital maintenance will be improved.
MG hospital is specialty for kidney stone problems. Mr Dr. M.Gunasekaran did the nice and great job for my brother (Senthil). All the employees done a good job. Especially Priyanka working way is so good and tcaring of patients and well human being. Thanks for all.
