MFM Holistic Touch Clinic - Medical clinic in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

ARROGANT & DISRESPECTFUL I recently had a very disappointing experience at MFM Holistic Touch Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my encounter to warn others about the unprofessional and disrespectful service provided by their physiotherapist. Upon arriving at the clinic with a prescription from an orthopedic doctor practising in sports medicine (Sport Medicine Consultant -Safdarjung Hospital New Delhi), I expected a seamless and cooperative treatment process. Unfortunately, the physiotherapist at this clinic had a different approach in mind. She outright refused to follow the advice of the doctor and insisted on her own diagonise and treatment plan. What was even more shocking was her demand for a consultation fee, despite the fact that I had already consulted with a doctor and brought a prescription along. When I questioned the need for paying an additional consultation fee, she arrogantly stated that she wouldn't follow any doctor's advice and would pursue her own treatment path. This level of disregard for professional collaboration and patient well-being is deeply concerning. As a patient seeking expert care, I had every right to expect the physiotherapist to respect the doctor's recommendations and tailor the treatment accordingly. Instead, I encountered a practitioner who seemed to prioritize her own methods over evidence-based medical advice. Such an attitude raises serious doubts about the quality of care provided at MFM Holistic Touch Clinic. I must warn others against seeking treatment at this clinic, as the lack of professionalism and respect for patients' preferences and prescribed treatments is entirely unacceptable. I regret my decision to visit this clinic, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services. I re-checked the reviews and the language and similarity of the reviews and it seems to be FAKE either by her friends or staff members. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at MFM Holistic Touch Clinic. This clinic, unfortunately, falls short on all these fronts, and I recommend looking elsewhere for physiotherapy services.

Dr. Vinita Manchanda is Really good therapist. I took physiotherapy there now my back pain is completely gone. The therapy is really nice and all the staff are also very nice. I recommend Dr. Vinita to my family and friends. I have had acute pain in the lower back since few months. I went to a lot of different doctors and places but nobody could treat it, the pain somehow remained. But Dr. Vinita treated this problem with her great professional experience as a physiotherapist. I am very happy with the treatment. And she makes home made BALM which is very useful for muscular pain, joint pain etc. Thank you so much Dr. Vinita

I have known Dr Vinita for many years and had the pleasure of visiting her clinic this July 2022. Dr Vinita is one of the most professional and skilled practitioners in India . Her approach to treatment is truly holistic, looking at the body as a whole and always makes an assessment. She uses her hands wisely along with special orthopaedic tests to ensure you have the correct treatment.

I have been experiencing extreme pain due to golf and tennis elbos and cervical. Even Medicines prescribed by ortho specialist were not helping. My mother and I were treated by Dr. Vinita and Dr. Nabila at MFM Physiotherapy Clinic. I had neck pain and muscle spasms which bothered me for over a year. I went to Dr. Vinita`s MFM Physiotherapy Clinic, and within a month, all my pain was gone, and I was completely healed. My mother had cervical and back pain, and she also was treated here, and all her pain was gone, and she was fully fit again. Dr. Vinita and Dr. Nabila have the expertise, knowledge, and patience to treat patients even with severe damage. Moreover, they are incredibly polite and used to explain why I was facing the problems and how not to get them again in the future. All I can say is that this is one of the best experiences of Physiotherapy Clinic for my mother and me, and I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Shalini has been absolutely life changing for our family. I seeked her help for my 6 month old baby for his daycare adjustment, health and nutrition and she gave us proper time and attention and helped us with the issues. I could honestly see difference in my child after first couple of sessions only. It requires great patience to deal with a small baby and Dr Shalini has it all, she is very professional in her approach and she makes sure that she listens to us properly and not only provides proper suggestions but also educates us properly on the issue. I would highly recommend her.

I came here with major backache concerns and to my surprise the kind of treatment offered was just tremendous. Dr Vinita had amazing patience along with the right kind of expertise to treat patients like us who are short of time and give up every now n then due to their work schedule.
