Holy religious place situated at the bank of Banas River is called as Haridwar of Mewar. To bath here is equivalent to bath in Holy Ganga River as Saint Parshuram did on Lord Shiva's saying. Lord Shiva temple, Laxman jhula and 52 gates of dam are situated here. Must visit tirth in nearby places.
There is a famous temple of lord Shiva, near the bank of banas river. Water pond and a dam is nearby. There is a small hanging bridge. One should visit here in monsoon season otherwise in normal Summer the pond water is dirty due to the plastic and other garbages. Temple is situated about 100 kms from Udaipur and gaving good connectivity. New bigger temple is under construction right now.
Very peaceful place to visit.. best time is to visit is from august to Feb.. there are so many temples in the same location. Separated based on rajasthani castes.. it's also recommended to visit the dam which is very nearby..

Fantastic Hanging bridge over the water(lakshman jhula). Slightly cleaned. Sorry to see that different societies have different temple.
Matrikundiya - Mewar Ka Haridwar. Nice place to visit with family and friends. Water dam and Shiva temple, Dwarikadhish temple etc.
