I would like to share my bad experience with this courier center the guy who is taking care of this center is very worst. In my case I booked parcel and the parcel was not transported and the reason was bill was lost. The bill lost information was not shared with me until I went to the shop. Every time when we call this guy's won't pick your call. My goods mishandled by the company staff. I am aware that company is not responsible for damage.but in My case my good were dragged without lifting. Atleast company staff should think customers are paying the goods we are not sending it in free of cost. They will collect money for handling the goods. But in my case my goods have lot of damage due to mishandling. Based on my experience I would suggest to the person who is reading this review. Please better go for some other transport service for transporting your goods safely. In case if you are going to book your goods below are the major drawbacks. 1)Goods will be mishandled. But separately charged for handling. And then it will be mishandled 2) You will get scolding if you ask for your goods status 3) Silly reasons for not transporting your goods
Same like all medium businesses. Thiruvanaikovil location not showing on map. In courier tracking when click location it shows cantonment location instead of thiruvanaikovil. Not picking phone most of the time. No information on package arrival at location.
Mss is worst service no one attended the call and proper response we call 10 time more not response complaint to call number it's not attending if u need parcel after 10 days book it
