Food is delicious overall great experience with my stay and metroview hotel
The condition of the room was very poor, room was dirty, toilet was not clean, had to call them twice in order to get it cleaned. Ordered food but it took 2 hrs for them to serve it in room.
Rooms had lot of mosquitoes and the repellent was empty, when asked for replacement , they said they don't have one.
Overall I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
PS: There is a high chance of them accusing this as fake review as i could see they have done the same in some other comments as well, I have hotel booking bill and food bill still with me.
Edit: This is a reply to the hotels reply, I reached hotel around 7:10 pm, ordered food at 8:30 pm and got it delivered after 10:30 pm, this was after reminding them 4 times about delayed food.
Stop beating around the bushes, accept the mistake and make sure that the services are improved.
Excellent stay with hotel metroview,enjoyed my stay there during exam,food is delicious,and room are accessible affordable and comfortable
