I am extremely happy with the service provided by Doctor Mrs. Nagmani M C, Pediatrician and OT team. Communication with patient and family members is good, regular and 24 hrs caring by house keeping, nurses and all health care team is good. Overall its Good, the only thing is disturbance from outside, it may be because of hospital is in the middle of the city...... Other than that great service which i received from the hospital. I was consulting Dr Pruthvi B C sir from past 11 years. He has become our family goto doctor. Today i visited the new diabetes wellness centre must say very convenient getting all the services related to diabetes under one roof. Very impressed. Doctors are good.. But the high handed behaviour of the security staffs is baffling. No respect for those who accompany the patients.. Govt hospitals are better for that matter. Lift wont work, dirt lying all around on top of that.
It's a hospital and there is no hospitality in their work ethics. Right from the doctors, nurse & brothers, hospital staff, are rude from the core. If you are looking for a good hospital, you will find better ones. I don't suggest you this hospital.
My wife had intraarticular fracture on her left hand and I got to know about the reference of this hospital and Dr Basvesh from one of my Dr friend and my relative. I must say I had very good experience and everything went very smoothly as the staff were very cooperative and professional right from house keeping to Doctors. As the surgery was challenging most of them adviced me to consult in Bangalore or Manipal but the kind of feedback I got about Dr Basvesh of Metro hospital made me to opt for Metro hospital. My special thanks to Dr Basvesh for being so ultra cool and I could sense he will nail it. Also I want to thank Dr Tejaswi, Shabrish from insurance part, Geetha and Praveen from house keeping for being very cooperative and professional. I recommend this hospital for their professionalism and the kind of skillful doctors they have. Also one of my cousin who is a doctor told me that surgery will cost 1.25 lakhs in big cities but I ended up paying only 70000 Rs only which says even the cost is also affordable. Few people advised me to consult in Davangere as my wife was from Davangere but I did not feel like going there as they are good in looting and giving unnecessary treatments with poor results.
