Rooms are good . Staffs are good just that every time needs to be reminded of something not works . But still I would recommend if you are traveling budget. Rooms are neat
Very pathetic stay in this hotel. Very old lift, difficult to access. Stairs were smelly and uncleaned. Space is so conjusted not like shown in photos. Rooms were misdimensioned.. And suffocating.. Our room had plumbing issues and very conjusted bathroom. Although faucets and fittings were branded but if stay is uncomfortable, they r of no use. They don't have restaurant. So had to order food from outside. And only that thing was good. Good food...
Centrally located and near to all main sights and eateries of panjim. The rooms are in 2nd and 3rd floor so take care of your access needs. Elevator is there but it's little hard to operate. Need to be careful with children. Bathroom size is small but room size is moderate. Clean and comfortable for B&B needs. No attached restaurant. So bear in mind. Many eateries walkable though
I booked a suite, the room was nice and spacious and had a smart tv and the staff is always helpful. The only issue is the stairway up to the hotel is very dingy and shady and the lift they have is quite outdated and I was not comfortable using it.
Unprofessional behaviour. We booked a room via MMT and when we reached the hotel, we were told that the previous guest had not left the room due to some medical reasons which we felt were baseless as they might have had done something about it if this issue was real. Moreover, they did not inform us or MMT about it and we got to know this by 5:30pm and then we had to search for another stay which was very difficult due to the long weekend. They were not even concerned about the difficulties we were facing. Pathetic staff.
Excellent location, newly built property (6months -1yr) old. Good and helpful staff. Amenities provided are appropriate for the price. Value for money.
My overall experience is not good. The rooms are good but the entrance is very worst and the service is even worst no hot water if you ask for coffee or tea they say only after 9 o clock. It is a waste of money you will get much better hotels in the surroundings.
Location is really good , everything is nearby from this place. Rooms are compact but clean. Overall a good one.
