Great vibe for Gym lovers. Affordable price too. But machines and equipment are a bit old , if you adjust with that then you'll have a good time.

Metro flex gym is for both men and woman located at meerpet, above mahilaa super market, opposite to dynamic colony street no 1, this gym has good equipments, with professional instructor and also personal instructor, the only thing missing is steam bath and sauna bath rooms, otherwise it is a good gym not awesome or excellent or fully equipped gym.
There is no proper equipment all are 10 years old equipment and training also not good, first of all the trainer dosnt know how to train candidates, old cardio machines it didn't work properly.they are showing only equipment on google but live environment it worst experience i had in that and i paid money to them i didn't get any result, trainer not following you every time you have to asking to him, if you are not asking he also no response, and just he chit chat to others

I have been going to this gym for 7 years now, the owner/trainer in this gym is brilliant and knowledgeable. I would suggest anyone in this area to give this gym a try, best of all, it's affordable.
Good and effective treatment. Treatment cost is very reasonable compared to other hospitals. Management and doctors is very nice and supportive , they are not money minded people the patient health is important .
