This is a great store located inside the City center mall. It's clean and well maintained. They have super friendly staff. The store has a great collection of shoes. You can find few products on sale. Parking should not be an issue, the customers can use the mall parking.
They try to sell Davinchi sandals which are quite costly (Around 6k). They are one of the worst footwear I have worn. Buckle gave up in a month and it is not worth for long walks.
Metro staff are very bad workers ... bought shoes for 2300 rupees and broke them 5 times .. When I went to complain a black long staff spoke badly .... then the staff there all became one .. we could not do anything ... then gave a piece of advice If we had, we would not have complained like this .. that .. the staff there are big money rich staff ... they have realized that all the customers who go there are poor .. time goes by and money goes .. bad experience

I have purchased formal shoe from shop, SN 10 to 12, B Gr Flr, City Center Mall, KS Rao Road, 203, Light House Hill Rd, Hampankatta, Mangaluru, Karnataka 575001. Shoe achilles notch is too hard, it is like a hacksaw blade. Got hurt on both foot achilles' and i couldn't walk even cannot wear other shoe/sandals. I never recommend metro shoes to anyone.
I had purchased Lee Cooper sandles from their store euro 46, within 3 months the side buckle got separated and I went to repair, those nonsense workers who were present there bullied me, made fun of me, I am a sensitive guy, I was almost about to cry I was 15 at that time, from that day I never went to metro, today I have grown up This incident took place around 2015 and now I can't see those workers there, maybe they got terminated.
