Very bad behaviors of staff and treatment is not good n very expensive hospital

The worst hospital in Varanasi. I admitted to my mom. They admitted her in ICU even though the situation was not of ICU. Doctor gave an injection which resulted in to reaction and in morning they wrote same injection. They wrote all the test, CT, MRI, blood test with Covid 19 test, even though these were not required. The most important test ECG, they did not recommend for this, we have to make Doctors agree for ECG. At the end we took discharge as we observe their behavior is not in right direction. Initially they won't tell you their charges, but their charges are very high........please avoid this hospital. In case of emergency pls to Apex.

Very poor system, the staff of icu treat the patient by asking the doctor on the mobile, the doctor does not come soon to see the patient and on asking more, he does not tell any clear thing about the money in the case of big hospitals leaves behind
