This is a nice business hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Toilets are hygienic. Rates are affordable and worth the amount you pay. Parking space available. They will provide breakfast if you order. Good friendly atmosphere.

This was my second time in metro regency. The room was spacious, well cleaned and beautiful. We got a complaint for Ac and the was super polite, changed the room immediately.. This is one of the best in perinthalmanna

Excellent Room and bathroom are spacious and Clean. No restaurant attached. It is drawback. They arrange food. In the early morning, when I was worried about a cup of tea, hotel staff unexpectedly came with tea that filled my heart too. Staff behavior also super.
