Worst experience ever. Staff took 30 min to give me opd parchi. Now i am waiting for doctor since one and half hour. His assistant keep telling me "doctor sahab 10 min me aa rhe h" for past one and half hour. All 3 lifts on second floor are not working. Sitting arrangements not available here. People are waiting for doctor while sitting on the floor. Poor management

great experience. Doctors are really caring and exactly know how to deal with the health problems. Staff is really polite and kind. Shish mam is floor coordinator and kept regular checks on health plus cleaning of the patient room, being very polite she took notice of issues mentioned. Thanks metro mass hospital

Dr deependra bhatnagar is very good dr. And cooperative with patients . Very helpful staff. But there is low maintenance of toilet, if your patient is in icu on second floor. You have to go for washroom on first floor. In only one common washroom for male and female. Door is broken and have tapping and smell of toilet no hygiene. Same condition in icu washroom also. Plz solve it.
Expected better infra and service. While it's a decent hospital, they certainly need to work on their service and management. Most of the lifts not working, cleaning and hygiene lacked, no proper caretaking while at night and they looked short of staff. If you're in need, you can go without thinking but certainly there are better options.
Dr anirudh saini is a best pulmonologist in Jaipur he is a good doctor as well as a good person . His personality is very attractive. He is very honest & noble person .due to his good work he has just been awarded the Jaipur ratne a few days ago. I pray to good they always happy & healthy
