The lady at the reception was extremely rude. I do agree to the fact that visitors are not allowed but the way she put it across was really insulting. She had that "engoda valinju keri pone" tone. Wish the people at the reception learn to deal with customers with respect. I did not even go directly to the stairs instead made sure I meet her to convey that I am planning to make a visit to one of the rooms.
It's very affordable and convenient for especially bachelors and solo travelers. I won't recommend this place for family vacation. This hotel is near Lulu mall and metro station so it is very convenient. AC and non AC rooms are available. The bathrooms are not great but okay for solo travellers.
The hotel was nice and clean. We booked a standard AC Room. The check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. The bathroom and romms was very clean, they provided a bottle of water and there were toileteries too. The AC was not working properly. It had some cooling but not upto the mark. Even in 16C, it doesn't feel like that and we weren't much bothered about it. Overall, the stay was good.
Please don't stay here , as they find silly reasons to get your money , while vacating the rooom . Staff seems to be bit threatening and they would take your money stating washing charge . Congested rooms , rooms doesn't look like the ads . We have lot of options in Edapally to stay

The rooms were tiny and dirty. The AC wouldn't cool the room even on the lowest temperature setting and the fan regulator knob was missing. TV channels were very, very limited and there is no Wi-Fi either. As for the bathroom, the pictures speak for themselves. The only plus is the location, but then again, there are much better hotels around the area.
The metro inn near to lulu mall and metro station. So it is a good option for the people who searching near Metro and Lulu. They provided 1 literally water bottle, medmix soap, a shampoo as toileteries. No tooth brush and tooth paste were given. I am satisfied with the stay because of it's traveling convenience. The behaviour of staff was good.
such a beautiful experience with my bae. we enjoyed it. nice ambience staffs are very supportive. rooms are very neat bathroom are very much cleaned and hygienic place. they provide towel small soap and small shampoo. overall all fine. very near to lulu shopping mall. walkable distance only. i highly recommend Metro inn. location is very nice. loved it. thank you metro inn. next time I will come again.
