Please, please don't go to this hospital and save your patient. Critical heart patients should avoid this hospital at all costs. This is what caused my mother to pass away on November 23, 2023. There is no seriousness among the hospital staff for critical patients, and they have little regard for their patients. The emergency care unit serves no use and it lacks basic life saving facilities. They lack good doctors even in emergency unit who are not good enough for handling any critical situation and the necessary staff for small routine patient activities like the urination of patients. This hospital is definitely something you should avoid without any doubt. This hospital's location is very very bad. Dr. Sanjeev Saxena saw her there, but he was unwilling to visit her when more care was required. At the last minute, everything was left in the hands of junior, inexperienced, and unprofessional doctors with no life saving facilities, which was very very unfortunate and highly unprofessional. Please avoid this hospital at any cost and it don't deserve even a single star.

It is becoming worst hospital. Useless careless management. Doctors not ready to talk properly. Staff horrible. Just there to make money and looting patients. Nightmare

I wish I could rate less than 1 star but unfortunately there is no option to do so. In case you want a miserable treatment of your patient and seek worst advise, also if you have money to waste, I strongly recommend Metro Hospital Meerut. It is the best hospital which just focus on how to take enormous amount of money from their patients along with giving worst and fake treatment. I took my father there and from emergency ward doctor recommended that he has a mild heart condition so we will keep him for 24 hours under observation. Then patient was moved to CCU, 24 hours in CCU and no doctor visited patient, after 24 hours Dr came and told us that your father had heart attack but we didn't tell you yesterday as you would have panicked. This was the moment when I realised that this is not a hospital this is a money making machine because how can someone hide the real fact. After that doctor said we will now observe for 48 hours and then we will do angiography and depending on that we will move to angioplasty. After hearing this I was speechless because in just 24 hours condition went from mild heart condition to angioplasty. This was scam, totally fake. I asked for discharge so doctor told me that you're doing wrong there is risk involved so that I would keep the patient there itself. Then finally at the time of billing they charged me extra for several things for which they kept on passing me through different counters to confirm the charges and wasted a lot of time. Please avoid this hospital. There is a lot more to add here but this has already gone so lengthy.

Excellent services, specially thanks to Dr. Sanket Garg, my mother's 3 veins were blocked but he suggest for by pass surgery , surgery was good and today my mother got discharge, all staff's behaviour is also good, i'll highly recommended this hospital for Cardiac patients. Only bills are high rest everything is good.

My grandfather was cured for cardiac arrest here. And now he is well . Big Thanks to dr.saxena he is great doctor. If you feel anything wrong with your heart then with no delay visit this place as soon as possible. These doctors are equal to God for me. Thank you

I'm not surprised by all the negative reviews given by the people who have visited this hospital. . Our brother-in-law was not keeping well. Since he lives in Lal Kurti and this was the nearest hospital that we could visit for purchasing his medicine late at night. . The guard/watchman helped us locate the chemist/dispensary, and since there was no one available to attend to us, we were told by him to check at the reception. . These people were soo rude that they denied giving us the medicine as we were not a patient there. Seriously!! . Stupid reason, casual attitude of the staff!! Please stay away, and it looks like a Government hospital only. Uff!!

Extremely shameful. Careless staff. Careless doctors. They just wanted make money out of patients and not interested in patients well being. My dad bedded there for four days and apart from ECG nothing was done. ECG was done on its first day. Staff bluntly said you can leave if you want. That's shameful.

Actually they don't deserve a single star.. pathetic, shameless doctors, thief, cheaters, unprofessional..my father was admitted, due to some pain in left side of lungs at 3am in morning...ECG was done, they said to us that ECG is abnormal, shifted to CCU.. in morning around 11am ECHO is done, reports were normal, X-Ray done- they said reports are normal...I sent all reports to my friends who are doctor, I came to know his ECG was normal, they were just Playing to get more n more money. I had decided to discharge my father, they were giving him wrong treatment..he was having pain throughout.. they were not ready to discharge him.. by do much pressure from sources,I finally managed to do so... At that moment only, I went to one of best doctor Dr.Pradeep Jain, after seeing all reports, he said ECG is normal and it's pneumonia... He admitted my father and within an hour he is able to breathe properly and now because of him, He is absolutely fine. They had charged 22000 for 10 hours for giving him 15-20 medicine at a time in CCU.. #Boycott Metro Hospital
