The patient's lift is not working since morning and they are not even allowing to use the doctor's lift which is almost empty all the time. No one is taking the responsibility and it seems like no one care about the troubles of the patients and their families. On calling the given number, the person said that the lift will be repaired after 2-3 days. Worst services considering the huge amounts charged by this hospital.

Main focus of this hospital and doctors is to take advantage of their sick patients. My mum was admitted for one day and the bill was 1.3 Lac. Unprofessional doctors and rude staff. I had to discharge her from the hospital due to the poor management of her condition. The doctor prescribed list of medications and didn't even write how long the medicines should continue. Cost of tests are 10x more than other hospitals. As mentioned above main focus of this hospital is to make money rather than treating patients professionally. Please don't visit this hospital!!!!!!

If you care for your life, dont visit this hospital. 1. The nursing staff is poor with no knowledge. 2. The doctors will keep doing tests on your body like a lab rat. 3. They will conduct tests which are not related to illness and will scare you to different diseases. 4. The lifts don't work. 5. The doctors work to complete their target, they will let you fall ill by not recommending adequate medcines and dosage for the firt 2-3 days

I can not explain how bad their service is how rude the nursing staff act with the attendant and ask the attendants to do care of patient on their own ,they says that they will only take care when they feel to do 3 times a day only , no matter what problems the patient is suffering from . they are always finds excuses for not doing their job . Doctors are here hungry for money no matter on what cost the patient is going through they have no fear of killing . patients are just experimental bodies for doctors so that they can experiment what ever they want and gain as much amount of money through a single patient as much is possible . they have their surgeries targets and bed targets , and for achieving these targets they can go beyond any limits , they are selling branded medicines instead of generic medicines which makes the bill touches the sky very soon . they are selling the branded medicines instead of generic because they getting the rate's from the companies to sell the branded medicines , As Indian government also requested all hospitals to sell only generic medicines because those are cheap in rates and 100% same for working rection . This is just a hospitals in which doctors are just trying to compete with other hospitals in terms of numbers, branches and money , this review is very important for you to know the truth of this hospital before you get the patient admitted here . you better know what 20,24,000 INR is for a middle class family but still they not able to save a life and provide service .

This Hospital Admin and Nursing Staff is very rude and unprofessional.. they take ages to process documents and extremely unpolite with attendants.. Every step is delayed leading to Patient curse his decision to choose this Hospital.. Better to brace for high level of patience if you choose to visit this place.. Best of Luck

Dr Sumant Gupta - My family has bad experience with the doctor. 1) He doesn't listen to the patient properly. 2) Always in hurry... just try to finish without understanding the patient. 3) Attitude towards patient and his attendent is quite rude
