Metro Health Care - Hospital in Irinjalakuda - Thrissur, India

Do not take any health care packages here. Not worth it. You pay for better service but it's worse. Scanning doctor comes 25 mins late with lot of people waiting with full bladder and no numbers and apology. Then you will be promised that you no need to book doctor or wait and will be let in as you are special. Ridiculous promises. No value for patients time. Never METRO again. Zero rating.

I went there for an antigen test. For the test we have to pay Rs.300/- which is normal and if we need test result print or pdf file we need to pay an additional Rs.150/- as doctor consultation fee then only we can get hard copy or soft copy of the result. Which is really disappointing

Im fully satisfied when my child admited in Metro Healthcare nearly 6 days (B BLOCK ENT) No television sets are in room for time passing & high humidity in top side rooms because of open terrace & no ventilation holes in rooms. MAJOR DRAWBACK IN THIS HOSPITAL IS INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT (CASHLESS facility not available) professional staffs & cleanliness is major attraction in this hospital comparing to other hospital.....

Feel like unqualified nursing staffs. we faced very bad experience from their staff and they don't know how to treat 1 year old baby. And their Infrastructure is very poor to accommodate outpatients and as well as inpatient. Also cannot call as a hospital.

Top doctors in Irinjalakuda with a large parking space. Clean premises and quality customer care to add. Can't compromise on Health.

Some doctors at the hospital want his consultants to buy medicines from metro hospital pharmacy itself as a sense of mutual respect ; other wise which he feels disrespectful ; which is purely upto to the patient to decide from where to buy from . Doctors are for consultation, not for selling medicines I believe.

Veer helpful staff specially nurse Mini. If getting your kid admitted she's the one for injections and to keep the kids entertained.

Extremely unhappy with the waiting period of medicines! Overall hospital & doctors are good but the behavior of staffs and waiting periods is intolerable. We have to wait for 2 to 3 hours in queue for medicines, this was happened not one time but more than three times. And the pharmacist's behavior is very rude they don't even care about whether you are waiting with baby or elder people. Hope management may notice this & improve on it !
