Don't get carried away by the picture they are showing of hotel. These are old pictures when the hotel was well functioning. It seems as if they are running the hotel out of compulsion.The rooms are not well maintained the way it should be. The furnitures and bathroom plumbings make you feel that they are deteriorating. We booked the rooms only because of location as it is near to bus stand. Otherwise spending one day was also not a good experience. Hotel lifts were out of order, had to use smelly service lift to reach our rooms. No complimentary breakfast available. Had to order dinner from outside. They provided us plates and cutlery thanks to the hotel staff but to our amaze at the time of checkout we were asked to wash the cutleries they provided us, but soon they realised there mistake and asked us not to wash them. Hotels are opened for providing fine service to travellers. Out of all the faults one thing is good i.e. the centre location of the hotel. If the hotel owners look to just maintain it well. Then would improve the performance and their ratings also.

unclean; worst behaviour of staffs; total mismanagement; door not opening due to battery issue; manual key lock should be better for your standard; bathrooms are poorly maintained; dirty and stinky. not cleaning the room for 2nd day stay. General manager is totally irresponsible. new boy joined is not trained properly by manager. totally a horrible experience. waste of all my money. i don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good but the breakfast buffet is missing but package food thali is served indeed. If the buffet is started then it is the best deal. My earpod was left, they couriered me, of course after taking the courier charges. Still I received it in Vadodara the next day. Hence safe and good staff though there is a shortage of the staff but the hotel is managing it.

Worst experience.. receptionist is so rude..they will not clean room daily..not recommended at all we stayed 1week waste of money

Service nd room was good... specially service was very good... reasonable price nd hot water was available for full day

Don't come here after seeing their google photos it's completely different here. Worst rooms, no maintenance.

Rooms are covered in dust and very dirty. No proper maintenance. The only good thing was the location.

Typical 2 star hotel and a smallish establishment Nothing special to write about. Overall cleanliness was sub par and can be improved. Overall Service was adequate. Reception desk were polite and to the point. Overall adequate value for the price point. No restaurant facilities in-house but food can be ordered online using swiggy/zomato/etc and is delivered direct to the room . Very minimal car parking space in the front of the hotel. Steep steps to entrance and might be difficult for elderly or disabled. Location is reasonably good and accessible.
