You will get all products under the roof. The prices of some products are high some products are @ low price. They offer some brands a preference like classmate. You can't enter the mall without having a card. Some products you have to purchase in bulk quantity or some products you can purchase in single quantity.minimum 1k purchase required
Highly mismanaged place ,taking own sweet time for billing with maximum people standing in product section and gossiping ,looks like the manager too is least interested and consumers are waiting in que for billing .this is the condition during off peak hours just imagine on Saturdays and Sunday with this kind of management.
Metro is Offline Flipkart for small biz owners. This facility is HUGE and you will find almost all items under the sun, from toys to vegetables and from towels to toothpastes. The discounts range from 10% to 33% for most items. It also have loyalty programs for it's regular customers offering them free deliveries and extra 2-3% discounts. Go there only if you have 3-4 hours to spare specially on Sundays
Metro Cash & Carry a large retail store to cater to wholesalers, caters to end customers by luring them with so called discounts. I have not seen a super retail which is so dirty and smelly in the fresh & dairy products section. Are they cheap? I am not sure? I leave it to the customers judgement. Have they displayed the products well? That leaves a lot to be desired? I hear they deliver stocks to retail outlets in Mumbai. Is the price to a retailer lesser than that given to a customer? Not sure. They primary core values seem to have eroded. At a minimum purchase of Rs1000 you are indirectly open to all and not restricted to wholesale only. It is more like godown then a shopping Mall.
Heavily crowded. Best time to visit is afternoons with less crowd. Prices are competitive. One needs a lot of patience to stand in queue for payment etc. Sometimes the staff on shop floor is more than the clients. Mostly standing and chatting around. Not clean. Dirty badly accessible rest rooms. Good prices, bad experience. Metro Cash and Carry are better around the world. Shame.
One of the best places to get your monthly groceries, stationary and personal hygiene products at the best price, but the entry is only for entrepreneurs who have registered business with METRO CASH & CARRY.
For a middle class family it's a good place to stock up your monthly household appliances great discounts over everything but over the time staff had become rude as I can tell from my personal experience
