Definitely A Renowned Gym of The District... Friendly Trainers, Good Peers And Requisite Training Material Are Its Hallmarks...
The gym is not upto my exception. The trainer's are knowledgeable in bulking body type but when it comes to athletic training in which motive is to be lean and gain strength they are not good at all. #story And this one time I asked one of the trainer to check my form while I was doing power clean , he told that it was wrong then I said ok tell how to correct it later he started to explain me about the push jerk. Then I asked him do you there is difference between clean and jerk he said that he didn't came across this . #lesson it's better if u do own your own. #also they lack alot of machine. #not recemended upto your own choice #Peace
As far as machines, amenities are considered it's pretty good but when it comes to outcome and results that one desires there are much better gyms in the city that make it happens for you .
