I have been going to this gym for a few months and it's great experience. Gym always very clean at all times. Vicky Bhanusali, my personal trainer is efficient guy with a very pleasant behaviour. Equipments are well maintained and helpful staff, flexible timings, friendly atmosphere.
10/10 recommend. I have been going to this gym from past 3 months for muscle and strength gain and had personal trainer during this time. The involvement of PT has helped me alot and has kept me motivated to continue pursue my goal. Gym has decent number of people visiting, never too crowded. The PTs' generous behaviour, equipments and the neatness of this this place has created a great environment.

One of the best gyms in vashi. Friendly and supportive gym trainers. Need to add 75 lbs dumbbell and if possible open the gym on Sunday as well. Rest everything is fine .

Metabolic gym is clean,well lit, air conditioned and with the bestmachines and floor space. The crowd is mostly serious fitness crowd. Trainers are friendly and professional.

The gym is clean, well kept and the equipments are in great condition. Moreover, the staff is helpful and encouraging which makes environment of the gym even better. Good gym and rates are reasonable... Im here from 2021..the workout routine is best for all over body for building muscle mass.. Sairaj sir and mahesh sir are very supportive and knowledgeable... Higly recommended.
