My recent experience with MES Hospital (Sulthan Bathery)was marred by consistently rude and unprofessional service, particularly from the nursing and office staff. From the moment I stepped into the hospital, I encountered a notable lack of courtesy and professionalism. The front office staff seemed disinterested in assisting, setting a disappointing tone for my visit. However, what truly shocked me were the interactions I had with the nursing staff. Compassion and professionalism were sorely lacking. I experienced dismissive attitudes and encountered some of the most unkind behavior I've ever witnessed in a healthcare setting Every patient should expect and deserve respectful and professional care. I strongly urge the hospital administration to take immediate action to address these issues. Patients should never have to endure such treatment when seeking medical care.
