I personally love the cakes & savouries found at this place. The food is always delicious & fresh. However, I rate the store 2/5 only because of the staff's behaviour at this place. The staff here isn't polite at all & they respond very arrogantly. The management needs to look at this & make necessary changes. I seriously look forward towards appropriate actions being a loyal Merwans customer. Food - 4/5 Service - 1/5 Ambience - 3/5
Always loved merwans cake and pastries so much.. the taste is really delicious and they are extremely soft. I really vouch for caramel custard cake.. its one of the best.. and black forest too. They sell up pretty fast so you need to book the cake at the earliest. It's pocket friendly too as the cakes price starts from 250 onwards.
Store is not customer friendly. If you buy 3 pastries they will not give you carry bag . So embarrassing to pickup this parsal in hand. This was not happen in nalasopara shop. If you buy Two Bread from Virar Shop the have problems give us change
Good quality cakes. Mostly we go for bakery products. Cakes are also good in taste. Pocket friendly place. You can also enjoy snacks like pattice, hot dogs Both in veg and nonveg. Supportive staff. Guide with proper knowledge. Fresh material.
Cakes are ok but paneer pattice was not worth. No paneer n stuffing inside, just a crusted puff pattice. Cakes are okay. Too much cream though. Their Chicken garlic puff is too good just at Rupees 18/- They have variety of cakes from blueberry, chocolate, Hazelnut etc. But too creamy.
The staff is very ignorant. We ordered a hazelnut cake but instead we got one we never ordered. Instead of asking us abt the spelling of the name, they added whatever came to their mind. Nonsense
Ok so everyone has heard about Merwans & I guess most of the people have tried it also.So I would like to share my experience with was pretty average.No doubt the cakes are awesome and pocket friendly, but Merwans also sells secondary eatables like Puffs,Rolls,Breads,Pasteries etc.I spent about a Rs100 and could try atleast 6-7 items, yes you are right 6-7.Starting from the Mini Pizza it was ok you can have one not more than that.Cheese Puff & Vegetable Manchurian Pattice were very average.I mean for Rs12-Rs15 I shouldn't expect much still it was merely a pattice without any filling.Though there are few things I liked to, one of them is Pepper Veg Mayonnaise Roll.It was something you should surely try, even the Closed Pizza is good.Coming to Minis try out their Chocolate Square & Mini Dream Chocolate Pastry.There are many more things to try but this was enough to bloat on my stomach.I dint find the place upto the hype, but yeah the place is worth a visit and if you are short with money this is where you should surely hop on to for your mid time hunger.The cakes are awesome and I am a fan of their cakes for sure. I would like to rate the place as- Ambience-3 Food-3.5 Service-4 Overall-3.5 Note- You'll should try to increase the filling along with little price hike which would help you increase your customers.This was my view, others may have different opinions.
Service is okayish but the food is just amazing!!! Loved it.. You get veg and non-veg options depending upon. Next is the cakes, so you get all the classic combos as well as other interesting ones. Cake pre-order should be done 1-2 days prior and specify all the needs and wishes you would like to have. They make 2-3 level cakes as well so do as that as well. Home delivery is an option if you're living nearby.
