Meritas Picaddle Resort - Lonavala - Resort hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

Was a great experience at Meritas Picaddle. A great property with a water theme park inside. Their staff was very courteous & helpful and even recommended local sight seeing places. Restaurant Food was excellent and everything that they prepared were great and not expensive too. However the breakfast spread was just below average. Rooms, Amneties and surroundings are well kept. we had nothing to complain about. Only recommendation would be to have a makeover with bathtubs in rooms. Started showing that's it's old, and doesn't give confidence to lie on it.

we stayed for 1 night on 25th nov 2023 on occasion of my daughters birthday. the rooms are good. bathtub was narrow which was a bit disappointing but perfect for 1 person not 2. water pressure of hot water was fluctuating making it too hot to mild hot which needed adjustment but that didnt bother us we were mainly concerned to get good hot water which we got. games room was good they have billards, table tennis, hockeyworld, hockey football, chess and carrom which was quite decent until it gets full of people. the swing area (good for 5+) and small indoor playground (good for 5-) was good . we didnt use the waterpark area as the water was freezing cold however we did use the swimming pool (my daughter did) and jaccuzi with water pressure snobs (i did) attached to it. both were quite good and relaxing. location is prime and there is everything within 1 km radius. tip: 4min before reaching piccadle there are tons of small food stalls where you can park your car and pack food and head hotel on sos basis. within 1 km radius there are cake shops and we managed to get 1 but all were cream based only. as the hotel was fully booked we checked-in around 2pm and on request checked-out time was extended from 11am to 12pm only. i wud definitely recommend stay at this resort. due to long weekend there was horrible traffic jam so we stayed at the resort only and ordered dominos from swiggy hence we cudnt step out due to traffic jam with waiting of 30min+

Full of 5 star service. Rooms of executive suite were too good. We enjoyed the piccadore restaurant where we had non veg food and breakfast. Please while booking here add breakfast too as breakfast is awesome here. They have three restaurant piccadore is non veg restaurant and borcoli restaurant, veggies restaurant are veg restaurants. You will loved here water park, swimming pool, game zone, gym, spa and food. Don't wear cotton clothes while going in swimming pool or water park here as they are restricted.

We stayed in Meritas Picadle for one night. Rooms really need some upgrades. The suite room is very nice but the Deluxe and Premium rooms need a lot of upgrades. The water park is the centre of attraction but the slides are rusty. Food quality and service is top class. Overall decent stay.

The rooms,swimming pool and mini water park was perfectly fine. The food was tasty as well. Location of the hotel is very close to the market, which makes it even a better place for shopping and having street side food outside. The place was safe and sound for a family. We enjoyed a lot in the water park at the resort.

Food and stay was really good. Service is also good. Overall worth to stay. Only one thing need correction is swimming pool and water sports area water temperature should be regulated according to season

It was great experience as always. This was my second visit to this place and i still feel excited to come back here. The ambience and staff was too good even the food was excellent. Best one spot for all your needs in-terms of food, stay, kids play, water park, indoor sports what not? Thanks for making our days more special.

I had booked Deluxe room online already. After reaching hotel, the receptionist tells me that they had "upgraded" us to executive room ! In went to that room and saw the view was awful, the bathtub was broken and what not ! After complaining they gave us a deluxe room wherein the flusher cover was coming out ! The property was good overall but felt cheated ! I had gone to this place for the second time as I had very good experience first time ! I am not going back there for sure !
