Meritas Aura Resort Lonavala - Resort hotel in Lonavala, Nandgaon - Pune, India

Experience could be divided in three categories: 01. Property infrastructure 02. Service, Maintenance 03. Food Service is 5*. Excellent courteous staff. Committed housekeeping team. Well managed team. Food is 4*. Good options and reasonably good taste. Property infrastructure is 3*. While the rooms are good, there is not much to do in the property premises. Common activity areas are deserted, not maintained. Plunge pool is a massive turnoff (Need Shades or Net there). Recommended for couples and groups who want to enjoy within the 4 walls of their rooms. The peace and vibes will make it cozier for you. If your idea of a weekend is fun, action, energy - you might be disappointed. If you have a kid - there might not be options to keep them excited. Advice to Hotel Authorities: Invest in common areas mindfully considering the property is spaced crunched.

Excellent small place for families or few friends looking for a nice bungalow like hotel. Three room villa has a attached pool As well. Food is excellent however breakfast doesn't start before 730. Overall a Good place located close to city centre yet secluded

Really good experience. Close to the main Lonavala market. New property with a good lawn area and excellent service right from the reception (special mention to the front desk Ms. Rubi) to room service and restaurant. They have games to play in the common area for leisure. Washrooms were clean and well mantained. Special mentions to the restaurant as the food was very tasty and the ambience was fresh. Would highly recommend.

It was my 2 day stay in Meritas Aura Resort, Lonavala. It's a newly built property with a great ambiance to chill with family & friends. The rooms were very neat and clean, but the amenities should be more in this rent. Hospitality was great. All over a nice experience for 2 days in Lonavala. Thanks to the Meritas Aura Team.

Wonderful Resort with awesome breakfast, food. The scenary around is wonderful. Wish the hotel arranged some orchestra in the evening. The pool is clean and rooms seem new and clean.

There are 2 types of properties - rooms and villas. Villas have 3 bedrooms and 1 common room and 4 bathrooms. Lawn area is also good. There is common swimming pool as well with 10-6 time restriction. Food is good quality with plenty of breakfast delicasies. Private pool has no time restriction and water looked clean. The location highlight was chirping birds however location misses the view.

Had been to this resort last weekend. Rooms are not equipped with Tea makers. Had to call multiple times for one. Bathrooms are not properly maintained, water pressure was less. Rooms are designed such that if we sit in our balcony, we see a private swimming pool of someone downstairs, it was embarrassing. Food choices were ok, but not much. All indoor games for kids are not maintained and were broken. Had to pass time inside the room only. Not worth the money.

Excellent Customer Service from Reception especially by Miss Ruby. Food was Nice. Kids Play area and swimming pool is good at this property. In Room Service and House Keeping needs to be improved as they never pick the call.
