It was nice and comfortable stay. Decent hotel. We had booked a deluxe room, you won't get a nice view in the deluxe room. But other executive rooms have a garden view with a balcony. The property is small but well decorated & clean. It has a pool table & various other indoor games. The food was good. We liked the mushroom soup.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala, and I was very impressed with my stay. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from and the Hotel Chef serves you a delicious food. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Meritas Adore Resort to anyone visiting Lonavala
The stay was comfortable. Service was prompt. Felt the breakfast was on the average side and the taste could be improved. However the restaurant food was decent ,tastes good a reasonable. The rooms, pool , lawn area and restaurant is well maintained. The bedding can be improved a lot , found the pillows wer old and damaged.
It is an Overrated, over-priced stay option in Lonavala. Have been to their other Hotel Countryside, which was better than this one. 1) Rooms were stinky, we checked both at Ground and 2nd Floor 2) Buffet breakfast was nice but very limited options available. No options for Non-Veg only boiled egg was available. 3) I booked through Agoda which was pathetic as instructions given while making the final booking was not conveyed to the Hotel or they might have not considered it. We were having Elderly lady with us hence I requested for lower floor as i mentioned the same in the booking instructions on Agoda but Front office refused to give us any lower floor and was charging Rs 1000 extra for Lower floor room which was smelly and smaller as compared to other room at upper floors. I must say Cafeteria Manager was nice and managing food refills and staff quite well. Overall, an average experience and for sure will not be visiting this Hotel again nor will recommend to anyone. Hotel location too was not as expected.

Wrong location on google. Non Courteous staff. Air conditioner in room leaked water on floor and our bags. All dry clothes got wet. Most imp was the way staff did not help or cooperate any which way. Game sone had all broken stuff. Food was ok.

Great place to stay, quite economical. But food quality is not good at all. Will suggest stay at this place, won't even recommend to take breakfast in the package. 4 stars for rooms, prices and cleanliness

Hi I stayed there for 2 days with family I really enjoyed my stay , room are okay , but the service is up to the mark from watchman to the reception guy their housekeeping everybody was very co operative. Even the watchman there cleans all guest cars
