One of the best mutton biryani you can get in the city. It tastes yum when you pair it up with their in-house salan which is completely unique compared to any other restaurant in the city. Their chicken is not up to the standard of their mutton biryani that's one disappointment.

As everyone says "one of the best biryani in Hyderabad is Meridian restaurant biryani". It's true I had Jumbo mutton biryani which is sufficient for 4 people and up to 5 moderate eaters can have. Decent ambiance and separate counter for take away and online order pickup. Online or card payment will be accepted only if bill is above 500... two wheeler parking is available at cellar.. and for 4 wheeler no separate parking have to park roadside.

Reached place around 1:30PM on Thursday. The place was fully crowded. Managed to find a space. Ordered Mini Mutton Biryani and the service was quick. They also served salan (which was little sweeter side) and raita. They served very small 2 pieces of mutton in biryani. The aroma of Biryani was nice and rice was also very flavourful and it was good. When I tried to pay them, they mentioned that they don't accept UPI and Card payment below 500Rs and I have to pay them by cash only which I didn't like.

From a distance, it appears that we will not be able to finish the entire handi Biryani, but once we started, it was finished in just a few minutes. The rice used does not feels heavy on the stomach. The accompaniment supplied enhances the flavour of the main course. It is cost-effective as well. . My report card: Taste: 5/5, Service: 4/5, Ambiance: 3/5, Cleanliness: 4/5, Value for money: 5/5

Workers at this restaurant are impolite behavior with customers. After 10 pm You won't get non-veg curries as they are saying that after 10 pm the Chinese menu will get close but we came down and when asked for the take away they said curries and naan available. They don't have the option to cancel the item just after ordering the dish in 1 min back. They have software to order food from the sitting place to the cooking room but they don't have the option to cancel it. When we asked them to cancel and take another order suddenly they said no mam after 10 it is not available but from another table they took orders for chicken curry with naan. Directly they are saying if you want to eat then stay otherwise you can leave. What is this non sense service and I never had this much of worst experience with any restaurant. Worst service and bad experience with this meridian restaurant.

What a beautiful vibe. Totally worth visiting. Food was awesome and scrumptious. Enjoyed a lot. Had chicken biryani prawns fry naan methi chaman all became my favorite

This has got to be one of the best kept secrets of Hyderabad (atleast for outsiders). When it comes to the best biryani in Hyderabad, the names you hear are Paradise, Shadab, Bawarchi etc. Meridian deserves to be on the top with these restaurants. Near perfect mutton biriyani, consistently great taste, soft mutton, value for money - Meridian gets everything right. If you are a fan of Hyderabadi dum biryani (or any biriyani) this is a must visit place. Apparently they started as a mutton shop, and then developed as a restaurant. Even now, there's a mutton shop right next door. Their other specialty is mutton chops, an item not available in all restaurants. The only negative is the ambience. The ground floor 'general' dining hall is open to all, and is like a fish market. Expect huge crowds on holidays. And they don't bother seating people in an organised manner, it's a free-for-all. The first floor is for 'family', but Meridian has a funny definition of family - there needs to be atleast one female in the group :-). Check out the funny instructions kept on the table... Drunk customers not allowed due to "objections from females" . Wonder how they'll react if a drunk female shows up. Basically the restaurant mgt is still in the stone age, but who cares as long as they make great biryani. And yeah, there is zero parking for 4 wheelers. The fact that you'll find crowds thronging the place despite all these hassles is a testimony to their great biryani. / Jun-2023

The Aroma from this Meridian Hotels hits the whole panjagutta junction Still has that same taste and same flavours of mutton biriyani, Peaceful atmosphere and fine table serving services, One should never miss the taste of Nalli Ghost Biriyani here, Mutton served here tastes too good and wants us go more and more, Visited this hotel at panjagutta after a long time and still has that same respect and reason to visit again and again ..
