Been going here for 3 months now.. I think this is one of the best facilities if not the best in the city.. well, at least in the south of Bangalore. The gym is very well equipped & maintained. The staff & the trainers are very polite & even friendly. Most importantly, there's certainly a sense of community here. Most of the people who workout here seem to share the love for the place. Hope it all stays the same.
This is the Best gym in Bangalore! Really good equipments and amazing trainers, especially Johnny Jensen.. I love his training, I have taken personal training with him but even before taking personal training he used to teach different variations and correct my postures while working out. He makes personal training sessions intense but fun. The workouts he makes me do are very different and effective with a lot of variations.
I have been to gyms all over Bangalore but this one is the best gym across the city. Hands down ! The trainers, quality equipment, and the cleanliness add more value to the gym.
One of the best gyms in south Bangalore now, very well maintained and the best equipment's . I take personal training from Mr Johny and he is the best trainer in Meridian, he is very knowledgeable and most importantly a nice person and very courteous! Overall I'm very happy with the gym and the trainer.

At last! I find a place where you have room to breathe though it is crowded. Especially at the peak hours. It is bit costly but worth the money you are paying for it. Additionally, it offers various other perks such as Yoga, Boxing, etc. (Only for the customers with annual subscription * as for I know). General trainers will be there every time in the gym so, queries will be solved then and there. Very Spacious and Well-maintained gym for huge payers.
