Meridian - Non Vegetarian Restaurant in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

We went to the sea food festival that happened on July 20 - Aug 6 .. food and the taste was good and their Ambience was average... And their service was not up to the mark.. the waiting time was too long.. average of 20-30 min .. and response also was on the bad side after finishing the foods we have ordered the desserts.. and we have waited almost 40 min for just a scoop of ice cream... Overall a good experience for the food.. we have tried sand lobster.. and salmon fish platter with citrus.. and sea food rice different tries.. price also in the nominal side.. and another worst part is some fishes they put the price for the weight of the fish.. at first they show a small fish for a display and after the bill it is on higher side..

Definitely the best restaurant in Trichy which is serving more decades and still maintaining the same quality and standards till date. Hats off to the whole team for keeping up the standard and service. Went with family around 1pm,the seats were partially occupied. Started with the soup,ordered Sweet corn soup which was excellent with good flavour. Then Naatukozhi soup which was too good with chettinad touch and little spicy. To the starters,we ordered Punjabi paneer tikka which was definitely the signature dish here ,soft pieces of paneer with good seasoning. Then in non veg we ordered Iraal i.e prawn pepper varuval which was spicy with tiger prawns properly cooked with pepper. Excellent. The main course for veg was Punjabi thali meal definitely a must try here,filled with varities of rice,roti and tikka,pappad along with their delicious Punjabi lassi. For non veg it was butter roti and naan with spicy pepper chicken masala,the chicken pieces were properly cooked and tender. Overall extremely satisfied. The ambience is excellent,the restroom wash area everything was maintained perfectly. Very prompt service with a smiling face. Card payments accepted. A must try for a party or a family function. Keep it up..

We had a terrible experience! We were waiting more than 20 mins, just to place our order, then after accepting it, they brought the main course first instead of starters. Finally for the dessert we waited and waited just to know that they didn't even process our order We had Lotus stem fry - yum Veg. Meals - okish Pulka with prawn gravy - good Cheese pasta - good but was sweet

We visited Trichy and while we were there, we went back to dine in here a 2nd time for their Ceylon Paratha. Normally this would be very thin with less stuffing in chennai but here, it was very fulfilling the layer of the Paratha was thin and crispy and the stuffing was too good. We had Briyani, mutton eraichi and shredded chicken. Biriyani was good, mutton was good as well. Shredded chicken was a little bit hard. Overall, it's a must try in Trichy.

Had a dinner here, the food portions were very big and the wait staff were very attentive. The food was nicely fried and had very good fragrance. The only issue is that the restaurant is in the basement and has very weak mobile signal.

Celebrated my birthday here. The management was very nice. They arranged cake and also music was played while I cut the cake. I ordered dinner items mostly north Indian recipes. To my surprise, all were good. First restaurant I found in Trichy who can cook nice north Indian food. I really want to thank Meridian hotel for making my big day so lavishing Only the choco sizzler was burnt towards the base. So no chocolate syrup was left in the tray. It all turned to bitter crisps which I found bit negative. But overall awesome!!

Good place for a family outing. The ambience is good inside the restaurant. Have choices for food lovers. Service is also pleasing. Can have pleasant dinning experience.

I took my mom to have a light dinner, and I am so happy I found this place. The drumstick soup was perfect comfort food, and chettinad chicken curry was a welcome riot of flavour. Quantity was adequate and taste best of all the places we ate in trichy. Ambience was calm, no clamour inspite of a moderate crowd. Staff were polite and non-intrusive. Worth every penny and more.We couldn't find it easily at first, but turns out we were on the wrong street, Google map led us wrong. I never take time to review a restaurant, but this one I had to.
