Going there for last 4 months.. Got 80% better.. Dr Nithya is very patient with me and explained fully why what and how to get better.. Charges are nominal compared to other hospitals...
But reception team has to improve a lot.. No explanation where to go and how long to wait...
Pharmacy doesn't have card payment facility and UPI also takes time to verify...
We came at eight am as the first person. But, we were made to wait till 11 am to meet the doctor. Even the 23rd person met the doctor before we could. When I enquired the staff members, they didn't give any proper response. They were simply saying to wait. When I asked about the norm or order to meet the doctor they simply turned me away. Horrible experience. I was forced to quarrel with them. If the learned doctor looks into this matter, we will have peace. Otherwise, even sound minded people will become crazy.

Mercy hospital is one of the best psychiatric hospitals in trichy. Due to a family problem I got into depression. After my neighbors suggestion, I decided to take treatment in this hospital. I'm now completely recovered within 6 months of treatment itself. All the counselors and doctors are good and well trained here. They patiently understand our issues and what situation we are going through and provide a dedicated treatment plan which is best suited for us to recover to a good state of mind.
