Good hospital with nice infrastructure. Staffs, Drs are good. Good treatment

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care provided by Dr. Fathimath Thasnim madam. She goes beyond the role of a doctor; she is a trusted companion in our children's health journey. Our association with her commenced at Rajagiri Hospital, where she played a crucial role in the care of our preterm baby in the NICU. She has an unparalleled skill in connecting with both parents and the little ones. Having Dr. Fathima at Mercy Hospital is a true blessing. The care and attention she provides surpass what we have experienced with pediatricians in many corporate hospitals in Ernakulam. We are truly fortunate to have her expertise and dedication in ensuring the well-being of our children.

A couple of days back, I had a consultation with Dr.Meera,an ENT. I was not pleased with her service. She was arrogant in the way she spoke and treated people. Rather than being offensive during the procedure and consultation, the doctor should make the patient comfortable. I felt so hurt and humiliated. I will never use her services again in my life.

We had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Fathimath Thasnim, the brilliant Paediatrician at Mercy Hospital, when our beloved two-year-old started experiencing severe cough and sneezing. Admitted in the hospital. Now, having completed our follow-up visit today, I felt compelled to write this review. We were afraid too much on the day of our first visit, but the care and professionalism of doctor provides as an overwhelming sense of relief. No words to say...the best paediatrician, I ever met in my life. she became my child's favourite doctor within a very a short span. The best Paediatrician available in the area and I refer all those with small kids. Truly satisfied.

A calm and quiet place. Good doctors lead by Physician Dr Gikku P Ninan MD. Sufficient parking lot and other facilities. Gynaecologist, Ortho, Surgery, ENT, Paediatric departments and Casualty are there.

I was visited this hospital last week.. The hospital is very neat and clean The entrance of the hospital road is not good..staff are okey but the ortho doctors are not good

A worst hospital....there is no proper management..no hospital supervisor or manager as per my knowledge .No Gpay is accepted in their canteen.
