Mercy Hospital - Hospital in Alathur - Palakkad, India

I went there to see my friend as he met with an accident. He was first taken to palana. And then to here. The rates of surgery(minor one)was almost half the rate of paalana.. The surgery was done very speedy as well.. That day itself.. It is not so crowded hospital. People are not aware of this hospital at this time of 2022.it is relatively new one. What i am impressed is it is very clean, not crowded at all., rooms are very spacious Nice atmosphere Good doctors. Skin and ortho treated here.. No canteen is here. But they also arrange food for in patients

Very best experience, Excellent behaviour from Rekha J receptionist on 1/05/23 @ 12 pm. Good hospital, very good doctor, Specially attracted the reception. The receptionist Rekha J explains everything, spokes very politely, and showing doctor op and xray and pharmacy. They tells about buying medicine with patient and explain procedure details. Phone calls handled nicely and very well. First impression is the best impression of the hospital. Thank you

Very bad experience. While treating my grandmother's wrist fracture the doctor did not show any interest. Physiotherapy was not advised. She is still having severe pain. Wrist is not in shape.

I received a good treatment for my back pain n skin problem, iam now ok and satisfied.. No long Q's for a sitting.. We can move out with medicine in just 20 minutes.. Well organized..

There was no queue or token system at the front desk. Long wait times to the see the doctor. There was not much crowd, but the doctor didn't show up on time.
