We joined Mercury Tour Operator for 'Gram Bangla'r Puja Parikrama 2023.' We had a great time with polite service-minded professionals who cared highly on the guest experience. Every aspect was well organised including the bus trip, puja visits, and the food. We specially thank Mr. Santanu Kr. Basu and Mr. Arup Banerjee of the Mercury Trip organisers. Took a brilliant Golden Triangle tour with Mercury Tours and it was amazingly organized with a great driver, car, and highly professional guides in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Communication and coordination leading up to the trip was excellent and Mr. Sumanta answered all my questions at any hour over WhatsApp. Moreover he checked on how we were doing throughout the trip everywhere we went. As a US resident traveling with my American wife and in-laws who were in India the first time, Mercury Tours made us all feel very well taken care of and we look forward to our next trip with them. We went on a tour with Mercury Tours during Durga Pujo this year (2023). We went on their Gram Banglar Durga Pujo and the Visarjan Cruise. We had a good time. Everything was well organised and the tour organisers were polite and professional. Except for the four of us, everyone else on the trip were locals/ Bengalis and we were the only ones from a different state and the only vegetarians on board. It was a bit of a challenge for us, but the tour operators did their best to make us as comfortable as possible. Also, the bus in which we travelled could have been more comfortable. It was old bus and in places the water bottle holder was broken or the AC vent was broken etc. This wasn't a major concern though and was manageable. It would have also been a little more convenient if the trip end were mentioned in the itinerary, especially for the Gram pujo. As tourists, we had no idea of the distances and the traffic in Kolkata during Durga Pujo. So we were under the assumption that the trip would be over by 5:30 - 6:00pm. But by the time we reached our hotel, it was past 10:30. An idea would have been helpful. Everything else was well organised and I enjoyed myself very much. Thank you for the memorable experience

Recently we went to Bangladesh with Mercury Tour Operator. The experience was like going with our own family. It was a customized tour as I travelled with my parents, more in search of my paternal and maternal ancestral homes, than for sight seeing. Right from meticulous planning to the execution of the same to the T, Mercury Tour Operator was the best. Mr Basu personally saw that we were on time to airport for the departure for onward journey and everyday he kept in contact to ensure that all arrangements were up to our expectations and finally on our date of arrival in Kolkata he kept in contact, even forwarding messages of the airlines. The guide in Bangladesh provided to us, was also very good and helped us to find the places even in some insignificant villages with absolutely no landmarks. The Hotels, the car, the guide, the driver all have been aptly chosen so as to provide us, specially my elderly parents with all the comfort, assistance and assurance. Even currency exchange was arranged so as to make our travel smooth and hasslefree. It has been a pilgrimage of my lifetime visiting Maa Dhakeswari Mandir, Ramna Kali Bari, Maa Jessoreswari mandir, Barodi Baba Lokenath samadhi sthal and our ancestral places.
