Excellent after-sales and body-paint facilities at one roof. Very co-operative and skilled staff. As the brand tagline says "The Best or nothing", customer satisfaction is the number 1 for them. If you have one, then you'll definitely experience that. Benchmark cars is owned by well-known automotive service provider in the many states of India named "Landmark Cars Pvt. Ltd."
It was a horrible experience with Benchmark from a guy called Vinod Chauhan. He is so arrogant and does not know how to talk to a customer. He does not have courtesy to even owe an apology for his behaviour and on the contrary hung up the call neither did he receive my call when I called back to inquire his name, which I could find out from Truecaller. The matter should be reported to Mercedes Benz and take action against such people. I am expecting apology from the management of Benchmark Cars for this episode which was very annoying.
