worst car service experience I've ever had. I took the car for service because of the suspension problem, I called and booked it earlier, and it was on the third day that they checked the car and talked to me about the problems, and that too two days after calling the service executive and the manager after complaining. I don't know much about their (bridgeway Calicut) car service because after this happened I didn't service car from there but cochin itself (I'm from Kannur by the way). their costumer service and dealing is very pathetic and miserable. I prefer cochin or other service centres, you can feel how luxury is your brand own.
