Ambience is amazing, fantastic service. I had a long trek and drive in outskirts of Bangalore and was tired AF. Istherk took good care of me and did magic on my pain points to get an immediate recovery. They have some really good masseurs.

Suggested by a friend. Visited for the first time for a couple spa. Esther and Anna were out therapist. We opted for Swedish massage and it was very relaxing and calming. After the massage we could go for steam and bath to clean up. Great experience! Thank you Meraki!

What a wonderful experience it was. The moment you step into the spa, you can hear light soothing music and the smell of potpourri. Its just amazing. The staff is very very friendly and helpful and nice. If my teachers where half as sweet as these people, i would have studied harder (lol kidding, but seriously very respectful and nice). The washrooms are very hygienic and clean. You can have a wide range of massages, facial, and other services. There are bath and toilet attached in each room where the services are provided. So the customers are given the choice to have a bath (warm or cold their wish). They provide loofa, body soap, shampoo, hair cap, tissue, towel, earbuds, comb evrything. They are extremely professional and didn't make uncomfortable ever. They asked me always if the pressure and all was fine and if i felt comfortable. Would highly recommend. I see myself going to Meraki every other month.

This is the second time I've been to this branch of Meraki. My first time, I had a great experience but this time was otherwise. I opted for the 60min Swedish massage and it started out really well but as they progressed to my back and shoulders it got unbearably painful. Mind you, like I mentioned earlier I've had this massage before and it felt great but this time around it was extremely painful. It was more stressful to me than it was relaxing. I had to hold myself back from screaming. Even after I pointed out that I was in pain the masseuse contained what she was doing and I was waiting for it to end. Once the message was done, I stepped into the steam which switched off within 3-4mins of me stepping into the steam area which was so disappointing. Once I stepped into the shower, I have to say that the shower gel provided just isn't enough to get the oil off your body even with the lofah provided. I was scrubbing for 10mins straight but the oil just wouldn't come off. I eventually gave up and ended up leaving with a thick oily film on my skin. I really loved my first time here and that's why I chose to go back but after my experience today, I don't think I'll be coming back here.

It's the best! Try the aromatherapy massage, I selected that one because I love aromas and fragrances, even though I couldn't smell any aroma but the massage was awesome. The staff are so friendly and professional. You can get an annual membership and get discounts also from them.

I don't often drop reviews, but I've had to for Meraki. I scheduled a deep tissue massage to help with some awful back pain and it feels much better after just one session. The memberships are also quite reasonable for what's on offer, so I recommend getting one if you can. I found the staff to be very polite and professional as well.

Ambience: 4.5/5 Just ambient music was missing. Rest was great! Service: 3/5 Not so great quality of massage. Ended up having soar muscles, than being relaxed. But strokes were good, personnel were professional. Amenities: 5/5 Steam bath, toiletries - everything was provided.

Went for a couples massage. Our first at a spa in India. Everything was perfect. Cutely done interiors, great staff, extremely polite & professional masseuse, clean spaces, steam room ... what more could one ask. Will drop in again next time round.
