Hygiene wise not up to the mark wrt cost 1. Towels cleaning condition was not proper 2. Room bed was very bad shape 3. Arrangement of TV was in very bad shape 4. Room smelly & not wiped cleaned 5. Fan have abnormal erretatinging sound and able to use in full stay 6. A/c was also not worked properly Apart from above during check in he was saying room have no attached toilet and if you need than extra charges need to be paid. @150 they taken from me for attached toilet room. Highly recommend not use this property

The location of the property is in the main market area hence easy to locate the property. I am very much contented with the facilities and with the services. Staff was very co-operative. The room and the washroom was clean. The amenities in the room was working fine. The food quality was also very good.

It's not a proper hotel. These are flats used for renting out. Outside facade is ugly but rooms are nice. No food available. It is located on outskirts of indore near IPS Academy and is suitable for those who get examination center in nearby colleges. Also only one small food joint is nearby. But as you get AC room at a such low prices, it's value for money. In the staff partho is a nice guy.

Love the hotel with Ac room,Led Tv and bathroom were clean hot water available for bathing.You can order food that they make in their kitchen itself .Arin, Dhadin the chef and room maintainer and the owner were very humble and cooperative .Overall the service was very good at this hotel cost had a great stay there...

It is one of the best budgetary accommodation located in the silicone city Indore. Local market meets all daily needs at reasonable rates. However, local transport is costlier in comparison toDelhi.

be careful for food, order quantity and served quantity is manipulated, whatever u order, they serve according to them, they lock the hotel from outside and nobody will be there to hear in case of any emergency.i have to check out at 6.30 am, but due to unavailability of any hotel person I had moved from hotel at 8 am. pls b carefully.

This was the place I want to go again I went for a business trip. But I was feeling that I am still at my home. Their staff attended me very well with their polite behavior they made my experience more better. I will go again next time.

Staff behavior was good. Amenities and services in the room were good. No complimentary services were provided. Location was okay. Overall it was average staying experience.
