Customers receive very poor advice and services as a result of recent staff changes. Deck staff are rude in their responses and are unaware of available services. Merakee VKB Spa & Salon is no longer cost-effective.

We visited merakee yesterday, staff were friendly and cooperative catering to our needs... well maintained... We expect you to continue maintaining the standards, please dont go down on standards, as most of the places in ongole do happen to come down on standards gradually... Hair cut was good by shubham and forgot the other persons name
