Good gym with trained trainers and proper equipment

I joined this zym for physical fitness at the age of 68 years. I found everything and every co-operation from zym instructors. They are polite and well behaved and pay all the respect me as senior citizen.

Best Gym for ladies in Lucknow..I lost 20Kg in 2.5 Months..I took personal training by Neha Ma'am..she helped me too much..Neat and clean gym I m fully satisfied

Good people. Very old school gym with basic equipment. But I always have a great workout there every once in a while i visit Lucknow
