"I recently stayed at mentokling residency and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experiences were outstanding, with delicious food and attentive service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to returning in the future

From the bottom of my heart, the hotel is very beautiful. Much better than spending time in 5 star hotels, excellent quality of food + hygiene and taste fantastic, no words to praise it.

Hotel lookes fine but the hospitality is really poor. Despite working Air conditioner they failed to give us remote for 2 days. Refrigerator was also not working in our room. Hotel is highly under staffed. Paying 6k plus taxes for this kind of service is totally not worth it. Many more good options on the other side of the city. Mostly building material related shops around and this hotel is besides a service center every morning I would struggle to get people move their cars so that I can drive my car out of the hotel parking. Hotel didn't even bother to appoint a guard. Explore other options before sticking to this one.

Had a fantastic stay at this place. We stayed 3 nights here. The hotel is only about 10 min from the Leh airport. The room was very clean and the service was prompt and exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing with a ton of options as in a regular restaurant, our kids had a ball and we enjoyed as well. The staff especially Altaf, Syed Mutuza, Neeraj, Dolkar, Rehman and Fatima were prompt to assist with anything and everything, work around our schedules, and we sincerely appreciate their hospitality and helpfulness. Altaf sprang up to assist whenever we needed help, while Neeraj and Syed Murtuza were more than helpful with our picky eating kids. For international travelers, we found this place a good fit- the bathroom was very clean and complete with hot shower and toilet tissues, we had good Wi-Fi, the food was great quality and we had unlimited drinking water that was filtered by reverse osmosis. Highly recommend this place for anyone including international travelers. Will definitely stay here again if we happen to revisit Ladakh.
