On a short visit to Mysore, I wasn't even looking to buy sarees when I was window shopping in Devaraj Urs road on a pleasant evening. Fantastic collection of silks, especially Mysore silks. Menaka Silks has multiple designs and types of silk sarees both as per the changing trends and traditional designs. Caters to all ages and tastes. My family was running from one shop to another on D.D road and was very pleasantly invited by the staff at Menaka Silks to take a peek at the sarees. We were attended to personally and patiently by one of knowledgeable proprietors. We spent a lot of time as the large collection confused us even more. But finally ended up buying multiple sarees. I must say it was a great experience with a personal touch, not to mention the refreshments served to us by the staff. We hope to go back for our purchases in future for all occasions. I highly recommend to anybody who loves saree to visit this store. They have a varied range of collections of sarees. Loved their choice of collection. The price point is also good. I have brought 5 sarees for myself and about 7 sarees for my mom and my sister- in - law. Both of them loved the sarees.
