Absolute fraudsters. They are selling fake gold. My 18k gold chain turned white in just a few months. Can you believe? And on top of that, when we went back to the store, they promised full refund in 10 days. And then they came back saying they can't give full refund. Whatttttt????? It's been 15 days and I have received nothing. They have the product with them.
I was satisfied with the melorra, but the store's dlf mall warmth was lacking. I purchased a product from Melorra online, and when the staff realised I wanted to swap it, they asked me to leave and said they would call me back in a few minutes once will get the value. I did as well, but I never received a call back. Now I feel i should never go for melorra as the after sale services are not good.
Jwellery buying is an emotional experience and staff at MELORRA DLF MALL OF INDIA made it a memorable one too! A big shout out to Mr.Nirmal and team for being patient and making sure we take our sweet time in choosing a appropriate item from the wast variety at the store.... Keep up the good work. I bought a gold chain and pendant, but after a few days I felt cheated. My chain started turning silver and pendant also turned matte. It's been 15 days since Melorra has taken the products back from me and haven't come back to me on refund.
