This trip was challenging, and the staff was great. Our guide knew all the trails like the back of his hand-he had alternative ways to go if it was muddy, crowded, bad weather coming in. We felt safe with Melcon Holidays. The hotels were all elegant yet comfortable. The food was hearty and delicious- staying in the Refugios was a special treat...

The food they provided was not worthy of the money. The place of stay was disgusting. We had to shift the room during the trip, which caused a lot of delay and other issues. I'm disappointed with the agency.
