Had a great stay. The rooms are great, staff is extremely polite and sincere. Location is also closeby to the main city area. Breakfast buffet was an exquisite, tasty spread. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Stayed with my wife and 1.5 year old son for 4 days in the luxury suite... it is a one bedroom studio apartment... Located in the heart of the city with most places of interest nearby.... Pros: Spacious room with fully equipped kitchenette... Nice balcony with nice breeze to spend the evening Superb "Veg" restaurant with decent breakfast ensemble next to the pool! Courteous staff mostly... ready to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable... Free self laundry!!! Cons: Need more high chairs for smaller kids!! ( practically carried the one provided to us in the room everyday to the restaurant for breakfast)(consider it a suggestion!) All in all a complete Value for Money deal!! Will definitely stay again whenever back jn bengaluru!!

Ever heard of a hotel which cancels your booking for 2 days and offers you to book a room for a shorter stay. Better be prepared if you are booking this hotel. Hotel Front desk is not friendly or polite. To get a bottle of water you need to call multiple times & the person over the phone tells you to call someone else. The Food was Good. The rooms were Good. We didn't have a pleasant stay due to these unexpected changes in our booking by the hotel.
Melange Astris is a beautiful Hotel located in one of the best locations in Bengaluru, Richmond Road. The Room, the restaurant, the facilities, the food; everything was on point. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

My friend had lost her diamond bracelet , we called them and went back .. the staff was very kind to have found the bracelet and report it to their seniors.
